📣 Exciting Announcement

Happy Friday fellow Trojans and startup enthusiasts!

First and foremost, we want to thank you all for supporting our newsletter and platform.

When we first started, our goal was simple: to help USC students and alums discover startups founded by fellow Trojans.

Immediately after launching, we received overwhelming response from the Trojan family. Your positive feedback motivated us to tackle other challenges that entrepreneurs face in our fragmented community.

So we went about and added a job board to help Trojans hire Trojans.

Next, we built a social feed called Spotlight that empowers founders to broadcast their work to the community (and gain some free organic growth ☺️).

The platform now hosts 230+ startups, 150+ jobs, and hundreds of interactions on Spotlight.

We are humbled by the many connections that have been made through our platform, both online and offline.

Our dream is to bring this same level of entrepreneurial exposure and opportunity to every college campus.

We are thrilled to announce that we are officially rebranding as unistart and launching at two more campuses: UCLA & UT Austin.

If you know someone who would make a great campus ambassador at these or other schools, please don't hesitate to let us know! Feel free to reply to this message directly.

📰 Newsletter Updates

As we continue to grow, we will be reporting on startups outside of USC in our newsletter.

The format will remain similar - product updates, opportunities, events, and startups of the week. Plus, we will also introduce a new type of content that will be sent out weekly.
